Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Erebros (the "Service"), operated by Selena Studio. Samonova, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak), org. no. 934418891, Knutvegen 6, 6270 Brattvåg, Norway ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, purchasing or using Erebros you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Erebros is a local-first, multi-agent AI control plane: desktop software that runs on your own device and lets you orchestrate AI coding agents and creative tools. A free core is available; paid plans unlock additional apps ("forges").

Erebros is not an AI provider. It orchestrates your own third-party AI accounts and command-line tools (e.g. Claude, Codex, Antigravity, Grok, Kimi, Ollama). You are responsible for your accounts with, and the fees, terms and content policies of, those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party AI outputs.

2. Accounts and licences

2.1 To buy a plan you provide a valid email and payment via our Merchant of Record (see §5). 2.2 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and the apps included in your plan, for the duration of your subscription or, for a lifetime licence, for as long as we operate the Service. 2.3 Licences are for your own use (or your organisation's, if bought on its behalf). You may not resell, sublicense, or share licence keys.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent licensing except as allowed by mandatory law; (b) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (c) resell or redistribute the Service; (d) use it to generate unlawful content. We may suspend access for material breach.

4. Plans, renewals and changes

4.1 Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Lifetime licences are one-time purchases. 4.2 We may change prices or plan contents prospectively; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

5. Payments, tax and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your invoice, and calculates and remits applicable VAT/MVA/sales tax based on your location. Their checkout terms also apply to the payment.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms — see https://erebros.io/refund. In short: a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases, and you may cancel a subscription at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, apps, trademarks and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a licence to use, not ownership. Content you create with the Service (your projects, code, media) belongs to you.

8. Availability, warranties and disclaimers

The free core and paid apps run locally on your device. Website, demo and licensing services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the results of third-party AI providers. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Norwegian/EEA law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence are not excluded.

10. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Møre og Romsdal tingrett as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and, in Norway, Forbrukertilsynet/Forbrukerrådet.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
